I beg to refer to my letter of the 14th of February dealing with the question of the use in Hongkong by my brother and myself of the trade marks registered in the name of our late partnership.

As I am continually being pressed by our suppliers for some indication of the prospects of our being granted per mission to make use of these trade marks,

shall be very grate-

ful if you can inform me as to whether any progress has been made in the consideration of our request.

I shall also be greatly obliged if, at your early convenience, you would be good enough to return to me the copy of our late partnership deed, which I enclosed in my letter of the 14th of February.
